Setting up PSO2 is easy with the Arks Layer PSO 2 Tweaker. It literally does everything for you if you're willing to sit through the patch and download times. It's very rewarding to finally find that god tier sword after speed running and air combo'ing everything to death for several hours on end. I'm just there to air combo monsters and fight giant bosses. Okay app

The app seems to work just fine. I’ve been enjoying this lounge program and app for almost four years. It’s great to have lounge access in so many airports, especially since Amex lost so many of its airline lounge partners. I have long been frustrated about such limited lounge access when I’m in Australia. The $36 credit Priority Pass has arranged at various cafes and bars in that country’s airports are a welcome compromise. Prior to this recent update (Dec 2018), I could have rated the app more favourably, however.. the good people at Priority Pass have recently decided to lunch a discount program, whereby we members are offered small discounts (10% off this or that, buy a 30 min spa treatment and receive an extra 5 mins, etc). Discounts are great, but unfortunately they’ve shoved them into the same section as the lounge listings. Case in point: check airport LGA (NY/NJ LaGuardia). It looks as though you have options at three terminals. But after you waste 10 mins with your slow airport data, you realise there are no actual lounge partners; just 10% discount coupons at places you wouldn’t care to shop. I understand the need for PP to build additional revenue streams, but could they (you) please not do it in a way that compromises the usability of your program and app.?! Maybe move offers to a different tab, where I can choose to peruse or ignore them. Cheers.

Want offline and offer filtering

I’m still waiting for Priority Pass to add back the ability to off-line the information— we were told that would come back, is that ever going to happen?
I wish it would remember recent searches.
I really wish there were separate sections for the “offers” and for the lounges. You all know perfectly well nobody joined Priority Pass for the offers..we join it for the lounges, and I don’t think I know a single person who actually gives a darn about the offers. It is annoying to look up an airport (BWI, for example) and see all five concourse is listed. Then I have to tap each one to see which one contains the lounge. This is not helpful, it is annoying. It should be lounges and offers as separate categories, then show which concourses have those things.

A decent app can't repair a worthless program

Any user of this app quickly realizes it doesn't matter whether the app works or not. The Priority Pass program continues to disintegrate into such an irrelevant airport lounge program it's amazing that Amex continues to tout it as a Platinum Card benefit.
It appears that as more airport lounges have decided not to accept Priority Pass, the program is moving to offering small discounts at minor airport vendors. I assume this is now the program's main revenue source - I certainly hope Amex isn't funding it on the thought that cardholders care. Far better to open more Centurion Clubs.
It probably isn't fair to the developers to score the app so poorly - it isn't that bad an app - but a better app simply makes it easier to see how pointless the program is.

Designed to help Priority Pass Members find an airport lounge anytime, anywhere, this FREE app searches our database of over 1000 lounges worldwide and its enhanced functionality improves user experience.
Users can search for a lounge by typing the name of a city, country or airport or simply scroll through lists. Rate lounges, save lounges as favourites, see recent searches and activate GPS to find your nearest lounge quickly.

The My Account section lets you track your visit history and manage your lounge visits while some Priority Pass Members will be invited to test the new FlightAlerts BETA and give feedback.

Permissions required:

• Identity/Contacts (finds accounts on the device and reads your contacts) lets you add phone and email contacts from your phone book into FlightAlerts BETA, so you can receive alert notifications via email or text.

• Location (approximate network based or precise GPS/network based location) will let you search for lounges nearby while Photos/Media/Files (modifies or deletes the contents of your USB storage and reads the contents of your USB storage) lets you download lounge images and your Priority Pass Digital Membership Card.

• WiFi connection information (views WiFi connections) will detect whether you have an active WiFi connection for WiFi only data download, in app settings.

Priority Pass Digital Card Downloads

• Other (receive data from Internet, full network access, view network connections, prevent device from sleeping and use accounts on the device) allows you to download data from the internet and check if you are connected to the internet (WiFi or data). This will also allow you to use QR code located in the Digital Membership Card and checks the accounts to see if you have contacts to use with FlightAlerts BETA.
